Application procedure

If you are working with a local agent, please contact them directly for proper aplication and procedure. They will work with you to fill out forms and book flights.

 

Application procedure to stay in a "Beach House"

 

1- Send an email with the dates you wish to stay.  We will let you know if we have availability during your dates, and send you our prices.

2- Download the guest application & student rules.

Complete the application form and send by email with clear photo of yourself.

Based upon your application, we will inform you of your acceptance or denial.

 3- Once confirmed, send flight details as soon as possible, so we can schedule your transfers.

4- Secure all neccesary documents such as Passport, any required visas, also travel insurance for accident/injury, valid in the USA. Your travel agent or the US Embassy or Consulate can help  you  with insurance, visa and immunization requirements.

5- Airport transfers through San Diego are included in your program price

6- Payment details will be given upon acceptance.


Application Procedure for individual students wishing to join an existing program

1- To learn about the surfing program, please email for prices and space availability.  

2- If we have openings, download and print the Homestay Application Form and Student Rules.

Complete the application form and send by email with a clear photograph of yourself. 

(If you are enrolling through one of our International Partners, please follow their instructions)

3- Upon receipt and acceptance of your completed application, payment details will be given. 

Once your deposit has been received, we will begin the host family matching process. 

When your host family has been chosen and secreened, host information will be sent to you so you may begin to correspond with your new family before your homestay program begins. 

4- Send flight details as soon as possible, so we can schedule your airport transfers.

5- Secure all neccesary documents such as your passport, and any required visas.

6-You must also purchase travel accident/injury insurance, valid in the USA. Your travel agent or the US Embassy or Consulate can help you with insurance, visa and immunization requirements.

7- Airport transfers through San Diego are included in your program price.


Application Procedure for Total Immersion Students

Wishing to stay with a host family, independent, without a program.

 

1- If you would like to participate in a homestay (full board with a host family, without a program), please download and print the Homestay Application Form and Student Rules.

2- Please complete the application form and send by email with a recent close and clear photograph of yourself.   

3- Upon receipt and acceptance of your application, prices and payment details will be sent.   

4- Once your deposit has been received, we will begin the host family screening process. When we have found your host family, information will be sent to you so you may begin to correspond with your new family before your homestay begins.

5- You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements, getting your passport, and any required visas. You must also purchase travel accident/injury insurance, valid in the USA.

Your travel agent or the US Embassy or Consulate can help you with insurance, visa and immunization requirements.

6- Airport transfers through San Diego are included in your program price.

7- You will be responsible for payment to your host family. Prices are set by the host family, and will reflect location and accomodations. 

(In case of a host family emergency, we will have a respite family available to host you.)
